Managing Director
Malgorzata Seroka currently serves as the Managing Director at Nessie Research Lab, where she leads the implementation of projects in the Delivery department. Malgorzata specializes in managing lead generation support teams and processes and implementing lead generation and lead management strategies in technology companies. Previously, she was CEO and Co-Owner of LeadSoft, a Microsoft ISV partner, and served as COO of Adaptech Group Inc., a Canadian technology group. Malgorzata Seroka is also a co-founder of pxStudio, a research company. She contributed to the R&D development of natural language-based digital products projects in collaboration with the Institute of Computer Science at Warsaw University of Technology. Her profound passion for technology and extensive knowledge of Ness processes enable her to effectively support teams in achieving business goals.

Meet Gosia, the process organization guru at Nessie Research Lab. With years of experience and exceptional problem-solving skills, she has worked to lead the Delivery team and create crucial processes for day-to-day operations. Her favourite motto, “Impossible things are taken care of right away. Miracles have to wait up to two hours,” reflects her efficient approach. Gosia excels as a team leader and mentor for Nessie, supporting the development and success of younger employees.
